I stayed one night here because it is right at the end point of the Rheinsteig route. It was amazing! The room has stable WiFi and the owner was very friendly. The breakfast was in their own bakery. Highly recommend their fresh breads.

Centrally located in Braubach, the café offers delicious cakes and pies. The hotel offers winding old building charm with modern room facilities. The breakfast offered in the café is plentiful and met our expectations. The only disadvantage from our point of view is that you have about 10 meters to go to breakfast. Both properties, café and hotel, are managed confidently by Ms. Merz-Preußer, who, despite her multiple tasks, shows the guests friendliness and understanding for peculiarities. The best cafe in the classic sense that I know

We stayed at Hotel Maas 2 days and we really liked it. Room was good, and the breakfast was very good. All cakes are very good there too, and the bakery top! All right! I can highly recommend. Also to mention that staff very nice and helpful, very good there too. Dosda OS

Super! The owner is really welcoming. Breakfast was amazing. I wake up with the perfume of bread and cakes in the morning from the oven. I totally recommend this hotel and the cafe and bakery. I loved it!

We stayed at this hotel for one night whilst walking the Rheinsteig. It is a lovely hotel attached to a great Cafe / Bakery (Cafe Maass). We were made very welcome on arrival and able to use the lift to carry our bags to the room. The rooms were comfortable, clean and attractively furnished, the beds were also comfortable. There is a communal area where you can sit and eat / drink with beer / wine available that you pay for at the end of your stay. There is also a sauna which we didn't use. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard with loads of flowers. The breakfast is great and served in the Cafe. This alone would have made it an excellent review but we were blown away by the help that Andrea, the owner, gave us. I had suffered a bad allergic reaction from a tick bite whilst walking on the day we arrived and we asked Andrea if there was a chemist in the village but there wasn't. However she didn't leave it there - instead she drove us to the hospital in Koblenz (20 minutes away) then navigated us through the emergency casualty procedure, waited whilst I saw the doctor then managed to find the only chemist open on a Sunday evening in Koblrenz so I could get the prescribed medicine. She then drove us back to hotel. This took around 2 hours from her busy evening and I cannot thank her enough. Andrea's philosophy is that she is responsible for her guests when they stay with her and she definitely proved that with us - If you are in Braubach then stay here!

If you are still looking for real manual labor, then you are at the right place at Café Maaß. We always bring sandwiches and bread for our guests. But there you can have a delicious breakfast. We can only recommend the cakes and other goodies. We hope that the delicious veteran rock in Braubach exists for a long time. We say thank you.

Great pastries and awesome bread. The service is also very nice.

The hotel is "only" a 2 star accommodation, but has an excellent price / performance ratio. The breakfast is also very good, so I give it full marks.
